Think Whale is a technology provider. Think Whale is not a mortgage lender, mortgage broker, loan originator, real estate brokerage, credit reporting agency, provider of consumer credit, or provider of consumer financial advice.

If you submit a Think Whale form and then choose not to schedule a meeting, we may still use the information submitted through the form to respond to your inquiry.

Business clients are responsible for their own consumer notices, permissions, consents, licensing obligations, credit-reporting compliance, lending compliance, real estate compliance, fair-lending compliance, advertising compliance, data use, and regulatory obligations.

Think Whale tools are designed to support client workflows. They do not replace client legal, compliance, underwriting, licensing, disclosure, or consumer-permission responsibilities.

Think Whale does not use website demo-request forms to make consumer credit decisions, provide mortgage approvals, provide preapprovals, offer loans, determine loan eligibility, or make underwriting decisions.

If a Think Whale product, workflow, integration, or client implementation processes credit-related information, that processing must occur only through authorized workflows, applicable agreements, legally permissible purposes, and client-controlled compliance processes.

Think Whale does not act as a consumer reporting agency and does not independently determine whether a consumer qualifies for credit.

Depending on applicable law and the context in which information is processed, we may process information based on one or more of the following:

• Your consent.
• Our legitimate business interests.
• The need to respond to your request or provide requested information.
• The need to perform or support a contract.
• The need to comply with legal, regulatory, security, or compliance obligations.

The Think Whale website and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13.
