Effective Date: June 30, 2026

The information on this website is provided for general business and product demonstration purposes only. This page explains important limitations about Think Whale, our products, our website content, and the mortgage, real estate, borrower, verification, routing, and growth examples shown throughout the site.

1

Technology Provider Only

Think Whale provides software, automation, marketing, product infrastructure, lead routing, analytics, integrations, verification workflows, and growth systems for business clients.

Think Whale is not a mortgage lender, mortgage broker, loan originator, real estate brokerage, credit reporting agency, provider of consumer credit, or provider of consumer financial advice.

2

No Loan Offers or Commitments

Nothing on this website is a loan offer, loan application, mortgage approval, preapproval, commitment to lend, rate quote, fee quote, credit decision, underwriting decision, or guarantee of loan terms.

Any mortgage-related examples shown on the website are illustrative product demonstrations only.

Actual loan products, rates, payments, fees, approvals, qualifications, disclosures, underwriting decisions, and commitments are provided only by licensed lenders, brokers, creditors, loan originators, or other authorized providers, as applicable.

3

No Real Estate or Financial Advice

Think Whale does not provide consumer financial advice, real estate advice, legal advice, tax advice, credit counseling, mortgage counseling, or underwriting advice.

Business clients and consumers should consult the appropriate licensed professionals for advice related to lending, real estate, credit, compliance, legal, tax, or financial decisions.

4

Product Demonstrations and Example Data

Screens, borrower flows, verification badges, lead cards, loan comparisons, payment examples, qualification labels, routing examples, analytics, dashboards, and product visuals shown on this website are sample product demonstrations.

They may use mock data, simplified workflows, representative examples, or demonstration content.

They are not consumer disclosures and should not be interpreted as actual loan terms, actual approvals, actual rates, actual borrower eligibility, actual lender decisions, actual credit decisions, or actual real estate advice.

5

Client Responsibility

Business clients are responsible for their own licensing, consumer disclosures, privacy notices, consent management, credit-reporting compliance, fair-lending compliance, advertising compliance, lead handling, data use, data retention, and regulatory obligations.

Think Whale tools are designed to support client workflows. They do not replace client legal, compliance, underwriting, licensing, disclosure, or consumer-permission responsibilities.

Clients are responsible for confirming that their use of Think Whale products, connected systems, data sources, marketing workflows, lead generation processes, verification workflows, and routing logic complies with applicable laws, regulations, contracts, platform rules, and industry requirements.

6

Credit and Verification Workflows

References to soft credit checks, credit verification, address verification, borrower verification, qualification status, late payment checks, loan comparisons, or similar workflows describe product capabilities or example workflows that may be available through client-approved systems, integrations, or third-party providers.

Think Whale does not independently authorize, obtain, furnish, or use consumer reports for consumer credit decisions unless expressly permitted through a legally authorized client workflow and applicable agreements.

Think Whale does not make credit decisions, underwriting decisions, mortgage approvals, preapprovals, or lending commitments.

7

RESPA, Co-Marketing, and Referral Workflows

Think Whale may provide technology, product infrastructure, marketing systems, lead routing, partner-page infrastructure, loan officer tools, agent-facing workflows, or related systems for business clients operating in mortgage, real estate, and financial-services markets.

Think Whale does not sell settlement-service referrals, does not act as a settlement-service provider, and does not determine whether any client’s referral, co-marketing, sponsorship, routing, lead-generation, advertising, or partner workflow complies with RESPA, state licensing rules, fair-market-value requirements, or other applicable laws.

Business clients are responsible for structuring and reviewing any referral, co-marketing, sponsorship, routing, lead-generation, advertising, or partner workflow with qualified legal and compliance professionals before using it in market.

Think Whale tools are designed to support client-controlled workflows. They do not replace client legal review, compliance review, licensing obligations, disclosure obligations, or responsibility for how business is generated, routed, marketed, or converted.

8

AI-Assisted Features and Automation

Think Whale products may include AI-assisted features, automation, workflow support, data organization, summaries, routing assistance, content generation, lead analysis, or other technology-supported functionality.

AI-assisted features are designed to support business workflows. They do not replace human review, professional judgment, legal review, compliance review, underwriting review, licensing obligations, or client-controlled decision-making.

Think Whale AI-assisted features do not independently approve or deny credit, make underwriting decisions, determine loan eligibility, set rates, set pricing, issue adverse action notices, provide consumer financial advice, or make final lending or real estate decisions.

Business clients are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted outputs before relying on them and for confirming that their use of any AI-assisted feature complies with applicable laws, regulations, contracts, platform rules, privacy obligations, consent requirements, fair-lending obligations, credit-reporting obligations, and internal policies.

AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or dependent on the quality of source data, connected systems, prompts, configurations, or client-provided information.

9

Lead Generation and Borrower Acquisition

References to borrower acquisition, lead generation, qualified borrowers, loan officer routing, conversion, follow-up, automation, or pipeline growth describe product strategy, software capabilities, and business workflows.

They do not guarantee lead volume, borrower quality, conversion rate, funded loans, revenue, loan approvals, or business performance.

Actual results depend on client implementation, market conditions, traffic sources, offer structure, compliance requirements, sales execution, licensing, follow-up process, and other factors.

10

Mortgage and Real Estate References

The website may reference mortgage companies, loan officers, real estate agents, borrowers, lenders, brokers, lead routing, mortgage comparison, prequalification, loan options, or related concepts because Think Whale builds technology for business clients operating in or around those markets.

Those references do not mean Think Whale is acting as a lender, broker, real estate company, loan originator, credit provider, or consumer-facing mortgage service.

11

Third-Party Integrations and Providers

Think Whale products may connect with third-party platforms, CRMs, scheduling tools, verification providers, data providers, analytics services, advertising platforms, communication tools, client systems, or other integrations.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, permissions, availability, pricing, compliance obligations, and data practices.

Think Whale is not responsible for third-party systems, third-party data accuracy, third-party service availability, or third-party compliance obligations.

12

Website Accuracy

Think Whale works to keep website information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all website content is complete, current, error-free, or applicable to every business situation.

Product features, integrations, workflows, visuals, examples, and availability may change over time.

13

No Professional Relationship

Use of this website does not create a lender-borrower relationship, broker-client relationship, real estate agency relationship, attorney-client relationship, financial advisor relationship, or any other professional advisory relationship.

A business relationship with Think Whale is created only through a written agreement signed or accepted by the applicable parties.
